CARDIO

Improve your cardiovascular health and burn maximum calories with bodyweight boot camp exercises like jumping jacks, plyometric squats, lunges and burpees. Executed in a tabata format, your cardio endurance will quickly skyrocket with these high intensity interval training cardio exercises.

STRENGTH TRAINING

PUSHED® incorporates strength training exercises using cardio barbells, kettle bells, free weights, TRX suspension bands and your own body weight to build strength in your upper and lower body. Performed as a HIIT strength training workout, these intense intervals of strength work boost the effectiveness of the class.

CORE

Developing strong core muscles is imperative to your overall fitness and functional training. With core training exercises, you increase the strength of the muscle groups in your hips, abdominals and back. These body weight exercises are essential for functional movements and muscle toning.
